Easy-peasy … This mini hot sandwiches are so easy to make and great for any party. But, watch out! They are pretty addictive.
20 mini sandwich rolls – I use ready-to-bake rolls
1 cup (150 g) cooked deli ham, thinly chopped
1 cup (225 g) cream cheese (Philadelphia)
freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
Mix ham and cream cheese in a bowl and season with pepper to taste.
Slice rolls in half, layer generously the bottoms with ham and cheese spread.
Place the top pieces of bread on.
Bake them in the preheated oven for approx. 10 min or until golden brown.
Enjoy them while they are still warm.
